Eiffel Towers Den Bosch tabs Julien Mills and John Smith

The Eiffel Towers Den Bosch has landed two new players for the next season. The Dutch team has signed Julien Mills and John Smith to a one-year contract. Mills, a 25-year-old American forward, finished last season in the Fort Wayne Mad Ants after playing in Australia for the Cairns Taipans, while Smith, a 25-year-old American forward, arrives from Vagos Norbain Lusavouga, in Portugal.

CB Granada signs Rob Kurz

As expected, Rob Kurz will play next season for CB Granada. The 25-year-old American forward arrives to the Spanish team after playing last season for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, averaging 17.5 points and 10.1 rebounds per game. Kurz was also signed by the Chicago Bulls, but was waived before making his debut with the NBA franchise.

CB Granada could be close to sign Rob Kurz

Rob Kurz could be the next signing of CB Granada, and the Spanish team could even announce his arrival soon, according to the Spanish media. This would be the first stint in Europe of the 25-year-old American forward, who played last season in the D-League for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, averaging 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds per game. Kurz was also signed by the Chicago Bulls, but was waived some weeks after before playing a game.

Ratiopharm Ulm signs Sean Sonderleiter to a two-year contract

Sean Sonderleiter will play next season in Europe for the first time in his career. Ratiopharm Ulm has signed the 29-year-old American center to a two-year contract. Sonderleiter arrives to Germany after playing last season in the D-League for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, averaging 11.0 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.

Virtus Bologna, interested in Julien Mills

Virtus Bologna is looking for a point guard to be the backup of Petteri Koponen. The Italian team is interested in Julien Mills, a 25-year-old American guard. Mills started last season in Australia for the Cairns Taipans, and moved to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants on March, though he only played two games for the D-League franchise.

Gallitos de Isabela release Shaun Pruitt and Lee Benson, and sign Jared Reiner and Reggie Okosa

The Gallitos de Isabela have decided to release Shaun Pruitt and Lee Benson due to conduct problems. To replace both players, the Puerto Rican team have landed center Jared Reiner, who has played this season for the D-League team Fort Wayne Mad Ants, and forward Reggie Okosa, recently in the Lebanese club Al Moutahed Tripoli.

Boston Celtics will also sign Oliver Lafayette

Tony Gafney won't be the only new acquisition of the Boston Celtics for the playoffs. The NBA franchise will also call up the Fort Wayne Mad Ants guard Oliver Lafayette, who is averaging 17.1 points, 6.5 assists and 4.6 rebounds in the D-League. Lafayette arrived to the Mad Ants after being waived by the Erie BayHawks in the preseason.

Chicago Bulls sign Rob Kurz, waive Jerome James

The Chicago Bulls have announced the signing of Rob Kurz for the remainder of the season. Kurz was called up from the D-League, where he was averaging 17.5 points and 10.1 rebounds for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants. At the same time, the Bulls have waived center Jerome James, acquired in February 2009 via trade, who hasn't played a single game since then.

Maceo Baston offered to Hapoel Jerusalem

American forward Maceo Baston, recently released by Budivelnik, has been offered to Israeli team Hapoel Jerusalem. His high cost, though, is the main obstacle for his signing. Another options for Hapoel are Rob Kurz, currently playing in D-League team Fort Wayne Mad Ants, and Donnell Harvey, from Chinese team Jiangsu Dragons.

Fort Wayne Mad Ants re-acquire DeWitt Scott to replace Ron Howard

Guard Ron Howard has left the D-League team Fort Wayne Mad Ants after being re-acquired a month ago. To replace him, the D-League franchise have re-acquired forward DeWitt Scott, waived in January, who later was signed by Reno Bighorns.

Portland Trail Blazers interested in several players to improve roster

Along with names like Kenny Thomas and Francisco Elson, other players are now under the Portland Trail Blazers radar. The NBA team wants a player to fill the 15th spot of the roster. A top free agent like Zydrunas Ilgauskas is an objective, but also other players like Brian Cook (recently waived by Houston Rockets), Dan Dickau (playing in the D-League) or Jake Voskuhl (also on the Utah Jazz board).

American guard Rashad Anderson replaces waived Gary Forbes in Vanoli Cremona. Italian team signed Anderson until the end of the season.
