It's official. As expected after LeBron James decided to play for the Miami Heat, the New York Knicks have sent the forward David Lee (via sign-and-trade) to the Golden State Warriors in exchange of the forward Anthony Randolph, the guard Kelenna Azubuike and the center Ronny Turiaf, plus a 2012 second round draft pick.

Chris Bosh has a short list of teams he would like to play for the next season. This list includes Toronto Raptors (his current team), Miami Heat, New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers. About this last team, the Raptors would agree to sign-and-trade Bosh in exchange of either Pau Gasol or Andrew Bynum, but the Lakers wouldn't be interested in trade any of these players, espeacially if they win the NBA title this season. Another option for the Raptors, in case they can't retain Bosh, would be to sign-and-trade the All-Star forward to New York in exchange of David Lee.

The signing of a point guard is one of the main targets of the New York Knicks for the next postseason, and are planning to talk with the New Orleans Hornets for Chris Paul. The Knicks could offer, among other assets, forward David Lee (via sign-and-trade) in exchange of the point guard. The Hornets are reported to be "in love" with the Knicks player.

Toronto Raptors forward Chris Bosh, the best player of the team, will be a free agent next summer, and rumors say that he won't choose to stay with the Canadian team. In that case, Raptors would consider using Bosh for a sign-and-trade to the Knicks, to bring Toronto another All-Star free agent like David Lee.
