Despite the first reports about the signing of Can Ozcan by Antalya, finally the 22-year-old center will continue his career in Tofas Bursa. Ozcan arrives to Bursa after playing last season on loan for Darussafaka, averaging 2.8 points and 1.5 rebounds per game. Ozcan was released days ago by his former team, Efes Pilsen.

Pinar Karsiyaka has landed another player. The Turkish team has signed Ulug Kaçaniku for the next season. The 25-year-old Kosovan-Turkish forward arrives to Pinar Karsiyaka after finishing last season in Darussafaka, averaging 5.8 points and 2.2 rebounds per game. Kaçaniku started the 2009-10 season in Kosovo playing for Sigal Prishtina.

More rumors involving Aris Thessaloniki. The Greek club is reported to be very active in the market after announcing the arrival of Sharon Drucker as the new head coach. Aris could be interested in signing Quincy Douby and Pat Calather for the next season. The 26-year-old American guard was the top scorer of the last Turkish with Darufassaka, averaging 23.6 points and 4.9 assists per game, while the 24-year-old Greek-American forward is playing with Maroussi BC since 2008.

Hakan Demirel is back to Erdemirspor. The 24-year-old guard played last season for Darufassaka, averaging 3.8 points and 3.1 rebounds per game. Demirel just played 8 games due to the injuries. Demirel played in Erdemirspor in the 2008-09 season after three years in Fenerbahce.

Three new additions for Galatasaray. The Turkish team has signed Taylor Rochestie, Sertac Sanli and Melih Mahmutoglu. Rochestie, a 25-year-old American guard, was the MVP of the last EuroChallenge with the champion of the tournament, BG Göttingen, averaging 14.7 points and 2.7 assists in the third European competition. Sanli, a 18-year-old center, arrives from the TB2L team Genc Telekom, while Mahmutoglu, recently released by Efes Pilsen, played last season for Darufassaka on loan.

Maccabi continues tracking the market for new players. Omar Cook, a former target of the Israeli team, is back on the radar after parting ways with Unicaja. The 28-year-old American-Montenegrin guard averaged 9.7 points and 5.9 assists in the last Euroleague. The new name in the shortlist of Maccabi is Quincy Douby. The American-Montenegrin 26-year-old guard landed last season in Europe from the NBA to play with Darufassaka, in Turkey, averaging 23.6 points and 4.9 assists, being the best scorer of the TBL. On the other hand, the veteran 39-year-old captain of Maccabi, Derrick Sharp, will continue in Maccabi next season.

As expected, Orhan Haciyeva is the new player of Turk Telekom. The 21-year-old forward arrives to the team based in Ankara from Darufassaka, averaging 4.0 points and 2.3 rebounds per game. Haciyeva also played games during the last season for the affiliated team of Darufassaka, Pertevniyal, in the TB2L, posting 21.9 points and 12.8 rebounds per game.

Aliaga Petkim has reached to an agreement with five players for the next season. The new signings are the forward Erden Türetken, the guard Baris Güney and the center Levent Bilgin (all three from Kepez Belediyespor), the forward Polat Kaya (from Darufassaka), the forward Önder Külcebas (from Antalya) and the American forward Dalron Johnson (which last team was Maccabi Rishon LeZion).

Turk Telekom is attracting Turkish players for the roster of the next season. Three new players, besides Ümit Turkoglu, are reported to be signed by the team based in Ankara next season: the guard Yunus Cankaya, from Banvit, the forward Ceyhun Altay, from Aliaga Petkim, and the forward Orhan Haciyeva, from Darufassaka.

The Caciques de Humacao have signed the rebound leader of the last Turkish league, Jermareo Davidson, to replace Clarence Matthews, who just played one game with the Puerto Rican team after being signed two days ago. Davidson, a 24-year-old forward who played for the Charlotte Bobcats and the Golden State Warriors in the NBA, averaged 15.9 points and 10.7 rebounds for Darufassaka in the TBL.

After releasing Alex Acker, Armani Jeans Milano is looking for another American guard to replace him. The two top candidates are Jannero Pargo and Quincy Douby. Pargo would come if his current team, the Chicago Bulls fail, to qualify for the NBA play-offs, while Quincy Douby is rumoured to terminate his contract with Darufassaka.

The player and the club are close to reach an agreement to terminate his contract, and again Unicaja seems interested in his signing to replace Juan Dixon, still suspended. The other name in the short list of Unicaja is Gary Neal, from Benetton Treviso.
