As expected, Andriy Agafanov, member of the Ukrainian national team, is the new player of Budivelnik. The 25-year-old Ukrainian guard arrives from Khimik, where he averaged 12.3 points and 6.9 rebounds per games last season. Budivelnik also brought back Dmytro Zabirchenko, who played last season in BC Kyiv on loan.
