Official: Minnesota Timberwolves waive Mark Blount

Mark Blount is a free agent after being officially waived by his team, Minnesota Timberwolves, as expected. Nine-year NBA veteran center arrived to Minnesota last summer from Miami via trade, but didn't played any minute with the Wolves this season. Between 2005 and 2007, Blount played for Timberwolves, averaging 11.6 points and 5.7 rebounds.
