Cedric Banks has reached to an agreement with Limoges to sign a two-year contract with the recently promoted French club. The 28-year-old American guard was recently released by Orleans after two years in the team, averaging 15.7 points and 3.3 assists per game in the last LNB.

More departures from Orleans. Besides Laurent Sciarra, who could land in Pau-Orthez, other three players won't continue in the French team. The American players Cedric Banks, Ryvon Covile and Tony Dobbins, all of them in Orleans since 2008, are set to leave. Dobbins wasn't offered to extend his contract, while Banks and Covile have decided not to continue in Orleans.
