Mario Stojic wants to stay in Meridiano Alicante one more year

Despite the rumors about the interest of Cajasol to hire Mario Stojic, the Croatian player doesn't want to leave the Spanish team. The 29-year-old forward, who was signed to a 2-year contract last summer, is averaging 10.2 points and 3.7 rebounds in his 8th season in the ACB league, having also played for Real Madrid and Menorca.

Cajasol wants Txemi Urtasun and Mario Stojic for the next season

Cajasol wants to land two players from Meridiano Alicante for the next season. The Spanish guard Txemi Urtasun is one of them. The 26-years-old player is at the end of his expiring contract. The other one is Mario Stojic. The Croatian forward has another year of contract with Meridiano, but also a low exit clause that would allow Cajasol to signing him.
