BC Siauliai lands Roman Gomenyuk

BC Siauliai has landed another prospect. The Lithuanian team has officially announced the signing to a multi-year contract of Roman Gomenyuk. The 22-year-old Ukrainian center played last season in his country for BC Kyiv and BC Odessa, appearing in just nine games during the Super League.

After two years in Argentina Gary Buchanan is back to Ukraine. BC Odessa ha officially announced the signing of the 30-year-old American guard. Buchanan arrives to his new team after averaging 10.3 points and 1.7 rebounds per game for Juventud Sionista, his last team in Argentina.

The agent of Andrius Alexandrovas denies any agreement with BC Odessa

Despite the reports from Lithuania about an agreement between Andrius Alexandrovas and BC Odessa, the agent of the 24-year-old guard has denied that the player has signed with the Ukrainian team. Alexandrovas, who averaged 20.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game last season for Alytus, is still a free agent.

Cedevita brings in Konstantin Anikienko for a try-out

Konstantin Anikienko, who was on the radar of DKV Joventut a couple of months ago, is currently on Zagreb for a try-out with Cedevita. The Croatian club will evaluate the signing of the 17-year-old Ukrainian center, who played five games in the last Ukrainian Super League for BC Odessa, averaging 2.4 points and 1.8 rebounds.

BC Odessa tabs Andrius Alexandrovas and Gediminas Navickas

BC Odessa has landed two Lithuanian player for the next season. The Ukrainian team has signed Andrius Alexandrovas and Gediminas Navickas. Alexandrovas, a 24-year-old guard, arrives from Alytus, where he averaged 20.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game while, Navickas, a 26-year-old guard, lands from the Estonian team Valga Welg.

BC Odessa signs Jamison Brewer

Jamison Brewer is back to Europe. BC Odessa has signed the 29-year-old American guard for the next season. Brewer, a former NBA player, arrives from the Brazilian league, where he averaged 14.8 points and 4.9 assists per game for Pinheiros. Brewer also played in Europe for Dexia Mons at the end of the 2006-07 season.

Energa Czarni signs Jerel Blassingame

Energa Czarni has signed a new import player for the next season. The Polish team has landed Jerel Blassingame, a 28-year-old American guard. Blassingame arrives to Poland after playing last season for BC Odessa, averaging 14.4 points and 6.4 assists per game in the Ukrainian Super League.

BC Odess re-signs Vitaly Lebedintsev

BC Odessa has officially announced that Vitaly Lebenditsev will take again the reign of the Ukrainian team. The 49-year-old coach parted ways with Odessa a couple of months ago, but has agreed to re-sign with his former team. BC Odessa also considered other candidates like Slobodan Subotic, Stevan Karadzic or Ainars Bagatskis, according to its website.

BC Odessa signs Ilya Korotkov and Yuri Zozulia

BC Odessa has announced officially the arrival of Ilya Korotkov and Yuri Zozulia. Korotkov is a 24-year-old forward who has played during the last two seasons for Kryvbasbasket, averaging 1.3 points and 1.2 rebounds in 4.8 minutes per game, while Zozulia, a 21-year-old guard, played last season in the Higher League (the second Ukrainian division) for the Cherkasy Monkeys.

BC Odessa has reached to an agreement to land Vadim Matyukevych the next season. The 30-year-old center arrives to his new team after playing last season for MBC Mykolaiv, averaging 8.1 points and 3.6 rebounds in 17.3 minutes per game in the last Ukrainian Super League.

The father of Konstantin Anikienko denies the signing of the player for DKV Joventut

Despite the reports about the signing of Konstantin Anikienko for DKV Joventut, the father of the 18-year-old Ukrainian center, Pavel Anikienko, has denied it, and has assured that the player is still a member of BC Odessa. Anikienko was supposed to have been signed by Joventut to play in the affiliated team, CB El Prat, in LEB Silver.

BC Odessa, interested in Alan Daniels and Walter Hodge

BC Odessa is interested in two import players for the next season: Alan Daniels and Walter Hodge. Daniels is an American 26-year-old guard who has been without a team since leaving Beirasar Rosalía, a Spanish LEB Silver team, at the end of the 2008-09 season, while Hodge, a 23-year-old Puerto Rican-American guard, played last season for the Cangrejeros de Santurce and posting 12.0 points and 3.3 assists per game.

BC Hoverla signs Igor Kryvych

As expected, Igor Kryvych will play for BC Hoverla next season, after ending last season in BC Odessa, averaging 6.1 points and 2.5 rebounds per game. Kryvych will replace his brother Rotislav, recently signed by Azovmash Mariupol. Who won't arrive to Hoverla is Jerome Coleman, despite the first reports about his arrival.

Vitaly Lebedintsev and BC Odessa part ways

Vitaly Lebedintsev is no longer head coach of BC Odessa, after agreeing both parts in terminating his contract. The 49-year-old coach couldn't avoid the defeat in the Ukrainian Super League quarterfinals against BC Kyiv. Odessa will have to find a replacement for the former Ukrainian NT head coach

Marko Jovanovic, who arrived to BC Odessa two months ago from Ergonom Nis, has left the Ukrainian team. The 28-year-old player averaged 5.0 points and 2.3 rebounds in 13 games with Odessa, which was defeated in the Ukrainian Super League quarterfinals by BC Kyiv.

BC Odessa signs Igor Loktionov

BC Odessa have signed guard Igor Loktionov. 24-year-old guard, after being part of Azovmash Mariupol roster for several years, played for Ukrainian team Ferro-ZNTU Zaporozhye, averaging 3.4 points in 12 minutes per game. Loktionov was set to debut last Monday agains Gryfony, but didn't play a single minute.

BC Odessa signs Marko Jovanovic

Ukrainian team BC Odessa signed Serbian center Marko Jovanovic. 27-year-old player arrives from Ergonom Nis, in Serbian Superleague. Jovanovic averaged 9.1 points and 5.7 rebounds in 14 games played. Odessa wants Jovanovic to help the team especially in the play-offs.

Khimik signed guard Aaron Nixon (who started the season in Bosnian squad Siroki), forward Travis Harrison (former Turkish team Pamukkale player) and forward Olexander Osnach (BC Donetsk player before the club bankrupt)

BC Odessa signed American forward Miguel Morton, who started the season in Dnipro-AZOT. 26-year-old player was averaging 11 points and 7.4 rebounds in Super League. Odessa also have just signed Igor Krivich.

Politekhnika Halychyna signed American forward Corey Besler, coming from Finnish league. Besler were playing in Honka Playboys.

BC Odessa signs Igor Kryvych

Guard Igor Kryvych, is back to the Ukrainian Super League with BC Odessa. Kryvych, a free agent since his former team BC Donetsk were disbanded due to the club bankrupt, has signed a contract with Odessa to replace injured Vladislav Podolyany until the end of the season.
