Hapoel Jerusalem, interested in D.J. Straweberry, signs Dion Dowell

As expected, Hapoel Jerusalem has officially announced the signing of the 25-year-old American guard Dion Dowell, from Galil Gilboa, to a two-year contract. The Israeli team is also looking for a point guard and has showed interest in Will Solomon (who will finally play for Dinamo Sassari) and for D.J. Strawberry. The 25-year-old American guard averaged 13.7 points and 5.5 assists per game in the last D-League for the Reno Bighorns.
