Trefl Sopot signs Jermaine Beal

Jermaine Beal will start his professional career in Poland. Trefl Sopot has signed the 23-year-old American guard for the next season. Beal, who played for the Miami Heat in the last NBA Summer League, arrives to his new team after four seasons in the University of Vanderbilt, averaging 14.6 points and 3.1 assists per game during his senior year.

Besiktas, close to land A.J. Ogilvy

After the departure of Brad Newley to Lietuvos Rytas, another Australian player could land in Besiktas Cola Turka. The Turkish team could have reached to an agreement to sign A.J. Ogilvy, who arrives from the University of Vanderbilt. The 22-year-old center, member of the Australian national team, averaged 13.4 points and 6.2 rebounds per game for the Commodores in his junior year.
