Düsseldorf Giants inks Patrick Wischnewski, DeAndre Haynes and Rocky Hampton

The Düsseldorf Giants have made three new American signings for the next season. The German team has landed Patrick Wischnewski, a 23-year-old guard from the German Pro A team Cuxhaven BasCats; DeAndre Haynes, a 26-year-old guard who played last season for Paderborn, and Rocky Hampton, a 22-year-old forward from the University of Biola.

Phoenix Hagen and Aaron Fleetwood part ways

Aaron Fleetwood won't continue playing for Phoenix Hagen next season. The German club has officially annouced that both parts have agreed to terminate the contract of the 26-year-old American forward, in the team since 2008. Fleetwood, who averaged 5.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per game in the last BBL, will be back to Osnabrück, in the German Pro A league, where he already played during the 2007-08 season.

Bayern Munich signs Steffen Hamann to a three-year contract

As expected, Steffen Hamann will continue his career in Bayern Munich. The German Pro A league team has officially announced the signing of the 29-year-old guard. Hamann, a member of the German national team, averaged 4.5 points and 1.8 assists per game in the last BBL for Alba Berlin, where he was playing since 2008 before leaving the team days ago.

Bayern Munich, close to sign Steffen Hamann

Steffen Hamann could join the ambitious project of Bayern Munich. The German Pro A team is close to sign the 29-year-old guard to a two-year contract. Philipp Heyden will play next season for BBC Bayreuth

BBC Bayreuth has officially announced an agreement with EnBW Ludwigsburg for Philipp Heyden, who will play next season for the recently promoted team on loan. The 21-year-old center, who signed a five-year contract with Ludwigsburg on 2008, split last season between the BBL team and the German Pro A team Vfl Kirchheim Knights, where he averaged 9.9 points and 4.2 rebounds per game.

Oskar Fassler is back to the BBL to play for TBB Trier. The 22-year-old guard left Alba Berlin last January after the arrival of Lucca Steiger, and finished last season in the ProA league for Science City Jena, averaging 9.3 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
