As expected, the 24-year-old Israeli forward Lior Eliyahu will be back to Maccabi Tel Aviv next season, after a year in Caja Laboral. Eliyahu will be replaced in the Spanish team by Marcus Haislip. The 29-year-old American forward played last season for the San Antonio Spurs and Panathinaikos, being released by both teams.

According to the Greek press, Marcus Haislip is in advanced talks to become again a player of Efes Pilsen next season. The 29-year-old American forward is without a team since being released by Panathinaikos last April, after averaging 2.5 points and 1.0 rebounds per game in the Greek A1 league. Haislip would be close to accept a two-year, €2.2 million offer from Efes Pilsen, where he already played during the 2006-07 season.

The goal of Richard Hendrix is to be back to the NBA next season. The American center of CB Granada will play in the NBA summer leagues to try to win a spot in any franchise roster. Recently, Hendrix was reported to attract some interest from Unicaja for the center, but the club has denied any offer for him and for Marcus Haislip,

The 23-year-old American player, now in CB Granada, is averaging 13.8 points and 7 rebounds, becoming one of the best centers in the ACB. Unicaja could be interested in signing Hendrix the next season. The former player of Unicaja landed in Athens after an unimpressive start of the season in the NBA for the San Antonio Spurs.
