Pau Orthez signs Laurent Sciarra

As expected, Laurent Sciarra will continue his long career in Pau-Orthez. The 37-year-old guard, former member of the French national team, arrives to the recently promoted team for Orleans, where he averaged 3.8 points and 5.0 assists (5th in the league) per game in the last LNB.

Eric Chatfield, Aaron Miles and Antonio Graves, options for Pau-Orthez

Pau-Orthez is exploring the options to replace Teddy Gipson, who will leave next season, probably to play for Orleans. The recently promoted to the ProA league team is interested in Laurent Sciarra, but has other options, such as Eric Chatfield (who has played last season for Rouen), Aaron Miles (Aris Thessaloniki) or Antonio Graves (who left Cibona at the middle of the season)

Orleans, close to sign Teddy Gipson

Orleans is close to sign the foreign MVP of the last ProB season, Teddy Gipson. The 30-year-old American guard played last season in Pau Orthez, averaging 15.7 points and 5.4 assists per game, and helping his team to promote to the ProA league. The replacement of Gibson in Pau Orthez could be a former player of Orleans, Laurent Sciarra.

Laurent Sciarra could have found a new team after announcing his leaving from Orleans, where the veteran 36-year-old French guard has played during the last two seasons. Laurent Sciarra won't play in Orleans next season

Entente Orleanaise has announced that Laurent Sciarra won't continue playing for the French team next season. The 36-year-old guard, who arrived to Orleans in 2008 from Dijon, is averaging this season 4.2 points and 4.2 assists in 20.0 minutes per game. Orleans will play for the title in the LNB playoffs, currently placed in the 6th position.
