Utah Jazz sign Gordon Hayward and Jeremy Evans

The Utah Jazz have signed the rookie forwards Gordon Hayward and Jeremy Evans for the next season. Both players were drafted last week, Hayward with the 9th overall pick, and Evans with the 56th overall pick. Both will participate in the next Summer League with the Jazz. Hayward arrives after averaging 15.5 points and 8.2 rebounds for Baylor in his sophomore year, while Evans, in his senior year with Western Kentucky, posted 10.0 points and 6.9 rebounds per game.
