Shaquille O'Neal could be considering to move to Europe

Shaquille O'Neal is a free agent after his contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers expired. The veteran 38-year-old wants to play for an NBA title contender, and the Cavs are also willing to sign him to a short deal contract. But O'Neal is also considering to play overseas, and have tested the European market. The former MVP of the NBA would be looking for a $10 million contract.
