Trotamoundos de Carabobo sign former NBA player Julius Hodge

Trotamundos de Carabobo have signed Julius Hodge. The 26-year-old American guard, who arrived from Melbourne Tigers, in the Australian NBL, will replace the recently waived player Martin Osimani. Hodge played in the NBA between 2005 and 2007 in the Denver Nuggets and the Milwaukee Bucks, and in Italy before moving to Australia.

Craig Bradshaw leaves VEF Riga due to an injury

After less than two months playing for VEF Riga, Craig Bradshaw has left the Latvian team due to an leg injury. The 26-year-old New Zealander center arrived to Riga last April from the Gold Coast Blaze, in Australia. Bradsaw averaged 10.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 4 games in the Latvian league.

Kavala wants Milt Palacio and Taquan Dean for the next season

As expected, Milt Palacio will be officially the new player of Caja Laboral tomorrow, but Kavala hasn't given up on the American guard. The Greek team want Palacio and Taquan Dean, who also finished the season in Kavala, to be back to the roster the next season. Laurent Sciarra won't play in Orleans next season

Entente Orleanaise has announced that Laurent Sciarra won't continue playing for the French team next season. The 36-year-old guard, who arrived to Orleans in 2008 from Dijon, is averaging this season 4.2 points and 4.2 assists in 20.0 minutes per game. Orleans will play for the title in the LNB playoffs, currently placed in the 6th position.

Milt Palacio, expected to land tonight in Vitoria to sign with Caja Laboral

The arrival of Milt Palacio to Caja Laboral is getting closer. The American-Belizean guard, who has played this season for Kavala, is expected to land tonight in Vitoria, where he will sign his contract with the Spanish team to replace Sean Singletary. The Toros de Aragua have signed former NBA player Randy Holcomb. Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings, eyeing Donatas Motiejunas

Geoff Petrie, GM of the Sacramento Kings, and a representative of the Los Angeles Lakers attended the last game of Benetton Treviso to scout Donatas Motiejunas. The young Lithuanian prospect, who will be elegible in the next NBA draft, posted 12 points and 7 rebounds in 23 minutes. Motiejunas is projected as a possible lottery pick, and could part ways with Benetton to leave to the NBA next season.
