Pepinster has inked the second American guard in two days. The Belgian team has officially announced the signing of Jovan "Wink" Adams, who will be back to Europe after finishing last season in the Tulsa 66ers. The 25-year-old American guard, who started his professional career in Turkey with Oyak Renault, averaged 7.2 points and 3.6 assists per game in the last D-League.
