Pinar Karsiyaka signs Jovo Stanojevic

Jovo Stanojevic is back to Turkey. After his brief stint in Kuwait, the 32-year-old Serbian guard will play next season for Pinar Karsiyaka. The former player of Alba Berlin, among other teams, averaged 17.2 points and 6.6 rebounds last season in the TBL for Kepez.


Banvit signs Bora Pacun

Banvit has landed a new player for the next season. Bora Pacun, who played last season for Darufassaka, was signed for a one-year contract with his new team. The Turkish 22-year-old center averaged last season 2.9 points and 2.8 rebounds. Pacun also played during three seasons for Efes Pilsen.

Pinar Karsiyaka signs Ahmet Ali Erdogan

Pinar Karsiyaka has landed Ahmet Ali Erdogan. The 23-year-old Turkish guard averaged 9.1 points and 4.2 assists per game in the last season. This will be the second team in the career of Erdogan, who has played during his four seasons in the TBL for Oyak Renault.

Andrius Slezas, considering retirement

BK Prostejov has made an extension offer to Andrius Slezas. But the veteran 35-year-old forward hasn't accepted due to a thumb injury. Stefano Rusconi could play in Red Basket Ovada next season

Stefano Rusconi is close to reach to a deal with Red Basket Ovada, a team which is trying to play next season in the C Nazionale league. The veteran 41-year-old Italian center is still playing, ending last season in CUS Bari. Rusconi is known for playing in the NBA in the 1995-96 season for the Phoenix Suns, and for his succesful career in several Italian teams, especially Benetton Treviso.

Aris Thessaloniki is still looking for a replacement for David Blatt, close to become the next head coach of Maccabi Tel Aviv. Besides Jure Zdovc, two more names could join the short list.
