JA Vichy has landed a new import player for the next season. Frank Elegar has signed a contract to play for the French team. The 23-year-old American center arrives to Vichy after playing last season in Turkey for Bornova, where he averaged 11.8 points and 6.8 rebounds per game in the TBL.

JA Vichy has announced the arrival of Jamal Shuler. The 24-year-old American guard was signed by the French team for the next season. Shuler arrives to Vichy after playing during the last two years in Germany for TBB Trier, averaging 9.1 points and 4.3 rebounds per game in the last BBL.

After playing last season on loan for Vichy, Jérémy Leloup has decided not to go back to his team, Le Mans, and opted out of his contract to sign for Dijon, recently relegated to the French ProB league. The 23-year-old forward averaged 8.9 points and 3.2 rebounds per game last season.

Thomas Larrouquis will play for Vichy next season. The 25-year-old guard arrives to his new team after two seasons in Cholet Basket, averaging 2.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in just 16 games played with the champion of the French LNB. Larrouquis also played in the ProA league for Limoges in the 2007-08 season.

Gravelines Dunkerque, still fighting in the French LNB semifinals, is reported to be in talks with the forwards Dounia Issa, from Vichy, and Rudy Jomby, from Le Havre, for the next season. The signing of Borg for three years could also mean the arrival of two former players of Vichy, the latest team of the head coach: the American guard and streetball star Kareem Reid and the French guard David Mélody, captain of Vichy.
