Zalgiris Kaunas signs Paulius Jankunas to a two-year contract

As expected, Paulius Jankunas is back to Zalgiris Kaunas. The 26-year-old Lithuanian forward, who left Zalgiris last season to play for Khimki, was signed to a two-year contract, with an option to an extra year. Jankunas averaged 6.6 points and 2.8 rebounds per game in the last Russian Super League.

Zalgiris Kaunas, interested in Paulius Jankunas

Paulius Jankunas could leave Khimki after one season in Khimki. The 26-year-old Lithuanian forward has attracted the interest of his former club, Zalgiris Kaunas, as the player admitted in an interview, though there's not an official offer for the player. Jankunas was reported days ago to be also on the radar of Unics Kazan for the next season.
