Trikala 2000 has officially announced the acquisition of American guard David Young to replace Kasib Powell, who left the team due to the huge financial crisis the Greek team is facing. This difficulties haven't avoided Trikala to sign Young, though.

Despite of Trikala 2000 huge financial problems, Greek team will sign American forward David Young tomorrow. Young will be the replacement of Kasib Powell, who left the team because of delays in the payment of his salary. Young is expected to play next weekend with his new team.
American forward David Young, former Rethymo player, is the player Trikala 2000 want to replace Kasib Powell, who recently left the Greek team. This year, Young played four games for Italian team Scalfati Basket in LegaDue.
