Stefano Rusconi has confirmed in an interview his retirement after 24 years as a professional. The 41-year-old center made his debut in the Italian league in 1986 for Varese, and was known to be one of the first Italian players to make the NBA, where he played seven games during the 1995-96 season for the Phoenix Suns. As expected, Jordi Trias has reached a three-year agreement (with a fourth optional year) with DKV Joventut, and the official announcement could arrive today. The 29-year-old forward has also agree to part ways with his former club, Regal Barcelona, where he was playing since 2004. Last season, Trias averaged 2.4 points and 2.2 rebounds in 7.3 minutes per game in the ACB league.
