AnoLe Havre has announced the signing of Dominic Waters for the next season. The 23-year-old American guard will start his professional career in the French team after playing during the last two seasons in the University of Portland State. Waters averaged 18.6 points and 4.7 assists per game during his senior year.

Despite the early reports about the continuance of Pape Sy in Le Havre for at least another season, the Atlanta Hawks, the franchise that holds his NBA rights, hasn't given up on landing him this summer. According to the agent of the 22-year-old French guard, Pascal Levy, the Hawks are currently in talks with Le Havre to negotiate the buy-out of Sy.

Wesley Wilkinson will play next season in France, after four years in Belgium. Le Havre has announced the singing of the 26-year-old American forward. Wilkinson was playing since 2007 for Spirou Charleroi, averaging 9.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in the last Belgian league.

Nicholas Pope is the new player of Le Havre. The 25-year-old French forward arrive to his new team after playing last season for Gravelines Dunkerque, averaging 1.9 points and 1.6 rebounds in 10.2 minutes per game. Previously, Pope played for Evreux in the LNB Pro B.
