Barak Netanya has officially announced the signing for the next season of the 27-yaer-old American guard, who finished last season in Venezuela with the Marinos de Anzoátegui, averaging 15.0 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in the LPB. Howard has also played during the last three years in the D-League.
