Patrick Mills doesn't want to play in Europe, and Lottomatica Roma is considering Jeremy Pargo as an alternative

The first choice would be Jeremy Pargo, the 24-year-old American guard, who played last season in Israel for Galil Gilboa, averaging 14.1 points and 4.5 assists per game.
