Red Star wants Panathinaikos forward Giorgios Bogris

Serbian squad Red Star is interested in bringing to the team Giorgios Boggis, currently in Panathinaikos. Greek forward isn't having minutes in Greek team. The 21-year-old young prospect came this season from Ilisiakos, and would strenghten Red Star frontcourt after the leaving of Tadija Dragicevic

Deutsche Bank Skyliners land Anthony Fisher for a two-week try-out

After American point guard Aubrey Reese injury, German team Deutsche Bank Skyliners have brought Anthony Fisher to replace him. Fisher have been signed for a two-week contract with the Frankfurt team, and will be extended if he pass the try-out. Last season, Fisher played for Allianz Swans Gmundsen in Austrian league.

Official: Trikala 2000 signed David Young

Trikala 2000 has officially announced the acquisition of American guard David Young to replace Kasib Powell, who left the team due to the huge financial crisis the Greek team is facing. This difficulties haven't avoided Trikala to sign Young, though.

Rafael Hettsheimeir is officialy back to CAI Zaragoza

Spanish LEB Oro team CAI Zaragoza has confirmed officially that Brazilian center Rafael Hettsheimeir will be back to its roster. Hettsheimeir was on load in ACB team Xacobeo Blu:Sens, but has been out of the courts since a month ago due to an injury. Xacobeo is now looking for a replacement to Hettsheimeir and set to retirement Marc Jackson.

Trabzonspor signs Harold Jamison

Turkish team Trabzonspor made an important signing to try to promote to TBL after signing forward Harold Jamison. 34-year-old played in the NBA for Miami Heat and Los Angeles Clippers between 2000 and 2003, and is a free agent since being released from Carife Ferrara, where he was playing since 2007

BC Odessa signs Igor Kryvych

Guard Igor Kryvych, is back to the Ukrainian Super League with BC Odessa. Kryvych, a free agent since his former team BC Donetsk were disbanded due to the club bankrupt, has signed a contract with Odessa to replace injured Vladislav Podolyany until the end of the season.

Flo Larkai leaves Everton Tigers to play in Japanese league

Forward Dzaflo "Flo" Larkai has activated a clause in his contract to leave British team Everton Tigers and sign to a Japanese team. 28-year-old English player was leading the Liverpool based team in rebounds and blocks, and had became a firm fans favourite since coming back to the UK from Spanish team CB L'Hospitalet.

Rick Pitino denies interest in coaching New Jersey Nets

Louisville Cardinals coach Rick Pitino has denied the report that he's interested in retuning to the NBA in the New Jersey Nets bench. Pitino said he's done with professional basketall. That report said that former Celtics coach sent intermediaries to contact Nets president Rod Thorn to offer himself for the job.
