Maccabi Ashdod, in advanced talks with Nimrod Tishman

Maccabi Ashdod is close to sign the veteran Meir Tapiro, but is also in advanced talks with one of the top Israeli prospects: Nimrod Tishman. The 19-year-old guard, who left the University of Florida to go back to his country, is in advanced talks to land in the recently promoted team next season.

Maccabi Rishon-LeZion, interested in Nimrod Tishman

Nimrod Tishman is back to Israel after leaving the University of Florida. The 19-year-old Israeli prospect is looking for a professional club in his country, and Maccabi Rishon LeZionc could be interested in signing the young forward, who averaged 18.3 points and 4.0 rebounsd in the last U19 European Championship.

Nimrod Tishman leaves Florida to play in Israel

One of the best Israeli prospects, Nimrod Tishman, has left the University of Florida after one year in the NCAA. The 19-year-old guard played only 7 games in his freshman season after being one of the best players of the last U19 European Championship, averaging 18.3 points and 4.0 rebounds. Tishman, who played in the youth teams of Maccabi Tel Aviv, wants to play in the Israeli Super League next season.
