Tab Baldwin, new head coach of the Lebanese National Team

Finally, Thomas "Tab" Baldwin was appointed by the Lebanese Basketball Federation as the new head coach of the National Team. The 51-year-old Neozelandese coach, who arrived to the semifinals in the 2002 World Championship with his homecountry, was unemployed since being fired by the Turkish team Kepez a couple of months ago.

Hapoel Jerusalem waives Kevin Pinkney

After being eliminated from the EuroCup in the quarterfinals stage, Hapoel Jerusalem has decided to release one of the foreign player of the roster. The American center Kevin Pinkney was waived by the Israeli club, after averaging 9.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 19.1 minutes per game this season.

New York Knicks, interested in Mindaugas Kuzminskas

Representatives of the New York Knicks attended the game between Siauliai and Techasas in the Lithuanian league to watch Mindaugas Kuzminskas. The 20-year-old posted 24 points and 5 rebounds in 25 minutes to impress the scouts. Kuzminskas, who can declare elegible for next NBA draft, is averaging 17.3 points and 6.1 rebounds in the LKL.

Chicago Bulls want to trade Omer Asik rights this summer

The Chicago Bulls will look to sign veteran players in the next post-season, and are willing to offer the NBA rights of Omer Asik. The 23-year-old Turkish center hasn't played any game since December due to an injury, but could move to the NBA soon. The Bulls acquired his rights since 2008 via trade from Portland Trail Blazers.

D.J. White, recalled by the Oklahoma City Thunder

The Oklahoma City Thunder have recalled D.J. White from the affiliated D-League franchise, the Tulsa 66ers. In his third stint this season with the 66ers, White played one game, finishing with 21 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. The second-year forward has played 10 games in the D-League this season, averaging 20.2 points and 11.1 rebounds.

Atléticos de San Germán sign Mario Austin

Atléticos de San Germán have found a replacement for Marcus Melvin, who is suffering a knee injury. The Puerto Rican team has signed Mario Austin, who was released from the Spanish team Meridiano Alicante on January. Rimantas Kaukenas could leave Real Madrid next week

The future new acquisition of Real Madrid, Morris Almond, will arrive to sign a contract with the Spanish team next week. To make room for the American guard, Real Madrid could deactive Rimantas Kaukenas, or even waive him. Trikala 2000 sign Savvas Manousos

With Mika Zupan landing in the LegaDue team Enel Brindisi, Trikala 2000 has already found a replacement for the Slovenian forward. Turk Telekom, to sign Murat Didin as the new head coach next year

Merih Cakiroglu won't continue coaching Turk Telekom next year, and the team based in Ankara seems to have found a replacement. The new head coach will be, according to the Turkish media, Murat Didin. The Turkish 51-year-old coach is currently leading the German team Deutsche Bank Skyliners since 2007, after a long career.

Loren Woods leaves Iranian team Mahram

Loren Woods is no longer player of Mahram. The former NBA center was playing for the Iranian team since the beginning of the season, when the 31-year-old player replaced Bud Eley, who was injured. Woods, who finished last season in Spain with CAI Zaragoza, is now a free agent.
