Bogdan Tanjevic, almost recovered from his cancer, hopes to coach the Turkish NT next summer

The recovery of Bogdan Tanjevic from his cancer is going faster than expected, and the Montenegrin head coach is hoping to lead the Turkish National Team again next summer. The 63-year-old had to leave temporary his job in the NT, and in Fenerbahce, due to his illness. Lately, there has been rumours about the possibility of Panagiotis Giannakis taking his spot in the next World Championship.

Chicago Bulls, considering Lawrence Frank, Maurice Cheeks and Dwane Casey as the next head coach

The Chicago Bulls keep on searching a replacement for Vinny Del Negro, who was fired two weeks ago. The main candidates are Lawrence Frank, former coach of the New Jersey Nets, and Maurice Cheeks, former coach of the Portland Trail Blazers and the Philadelphia 76ers. Another name, besides Kevin McHale, could be the assistant of the Dallas Mavericks, Dwane Casey, who is also on the mix to replace Mike Woodson in the Atlanta Hawks.

The season is over for Bizkaia Bilbao Basket, after failing to reach the ACB league playoff. Virtus Bologna, eyeing Kristjan Kangur

After failing in landing Zoran Erceg, the next target of Canadian Solar Bologna is Kristjan Kangur. The Italian club will have until next Tuesday's deadline to land another player for the Lega playoff. Kangur has played this season in France for ASVEL Villeurbanne, averaging 5.9 points and 2.0 rebounds in 14.1 minutes per game in the Euroleague.

The 46-year-old coach arrived to Maccabi Haifa three seasons ago, after 6 years in Ironi Nahariya. New York Knicks, to land Dru Joyce for the next Summer League

The New York Knicks are considering to offer Dru Joyce to play in the next Summer League in Las Vegas. The American guard, now playing in Poland, is averaging 8.3 points and 3.6 assists in 19.3 points per game for Anwil Wloclawek. Joyce is especially known for being one a former teammate in high school, and a good friend, of the main target of the Knicks for next season, LeBron James.

Caciques de Humacao sign Jermareo Davidson to replace Clarence Matthews

The Caciques de Humacao have signed the rebound leader of the last Turkish league, Jermareo Davidson, to replace Clarence Matthews, who just played one game with the Puerto Rican team after being signed two days ago. Davidson, a 24-year-old forward who played for the Charlotte Bobcats and the Golden State Warriors in the NBA, averaged 15.9 points and 10.7 rebounds for Darufassaka in the TBL.

Pete Mickeal, considering his options for the next season

Pete Mickeal, is still considering where to play next season. According to the blog of the American forward of Regal Barcelona, Mickeal has "a lot of options out there". The 32-year old player arrived last season from Tau Vitoria, and admitted last January in the same blog he could have an offer from the New York Knicks.
