Strasbourg signs Justin Hawkins

Justin Hawkins is back to France. Strasbourg has signed the former player of Besançon for the next season. The 25-year-old American forward arrives to the LNB after playing last season in the D-League. Hawkins finished the competition in the Springfield Armor, averaging 20.0 points and 4.6 rebounds per game.
