Portland Trail Blazers send Martell Webster to Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange of the rights of Luke Babbitt

The Portland Trail Blazers have reached to a deal to send Martell Webster to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange of the rights of the 16th pick, Luke Babbitt, from the University of Nevada. Webster will leave the Blazers after five seasons in the franchise, where he has played during his whole professional career.

UPDATE: The forward Ryan Gomes is also headed with Babbitt to Portland after three seasons in the Timberwolves
