Gravelines Dunkerque signs Dounia Issa

As expected, Gravelines Dunkerque has inked Dounia Issa. The French team has signed Issa to a two-year contract. The 29-year-old forward arrives from Vichy, where he averaged 9.0 poins and 10.8 rebounds per game. The next target for Gravelines Dunkerque is Rudy Jomby, from Le Havre.
