Faruk Akagün will be the new coach of Turk Telekom

Turk Telekom has decided to hire Faruk Akagün to be the new head coach to replace Ercüment Sunter. The Turkish team considered other candidates like Murat Didin or Ergin Ataman, but finally Akagün, who was working as a scout for the Detroit Pistons, will be the chosen one. The veteran coach has won two Turkish championships in his career, with Efes Pilsen (1979) and Galatasaray (1990).
