Rio Grande Valley Vipers add Rich Melzer and Craig Winder, and waived Travis Holmes and Louis Graham

More changes in the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. The D-League franchise have announced the acquisiton of forward Rich Melzer, who started the season in Australia with the Skytrans Cairns Taipans.
