Alex Acker and Armani Jeans Milano part ways

Former NBA guard Alex Acker is no longer player of the Armani Jeans Milano. The Italian team and the 27-year-old guard have agreed to part ways. Acker, who arrived this season to Milano after playing in the NBA for Detroit Pistons and Los Angeles Clippers, has appeared in just 14 matches in the Italian Lega A due to different injury issues, averaging 9.3 points and 3.2 rebounds per game. Curiously, Acker was involved in the recent disciplinary problems of Gary Neal in the Benetton Treviso. Neal was reported to have dinner with Acker (former teammate in Barcelona), and failed because of that to arrive to a practice with his team.
