Charlotte Bobcats won't sign Larry Hughes or Mike James

Charlotte Bobcats won't make any offer for guard Larry Hughes, recently waived by Sacramento Kings, who was under the Bobcats radar. Hughes is injured due to a broken finger, and will need several weeks to fully recover. Bobcats won't make any offer to Mike James, waived by Washington, either.
