Siarka Tarnobrzeg signs Russell Frederick

Siarka Tarnobrzeg has landed another player for the next season. The recently promoted team has signed Russell Frederick, a 22-year-old American guard who will make his professional debut in the Polish team. Frederick has played during the last four seasons for the University of Philadelphia, averaging 18.9 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in his senior year.
