Pistoia Basket signs second-round NBA draft pick Jarvis Varnado

Jarvis Varnado will start his professional career in Italy. The 22-year-old American forward, selected with the 41st overall pick in the last NBA draft by the Miami Heat, has signed with the LegaDue team Pistoia Basket. Varnado arrives to his new team after averaging 13.8 points and 10.3 rebounds per game during his senior year in the University of Mississippi State.
