Lokomotiv Kuban signs Alando Tucker

Lokomotiv Kuban has announced another major signing. The Russian team has officially landed Alando Tucker. The 26-year-old American forward has played in the NBA since 2007 to last March, when he was waived by the Minnesota Timberwolves. Tucker finished the season in Puerto Rico, playing six games for the Gallitos de Isabela.
