Zalgiris Kaunas signs Omar Samhan to a two-year contract

Zalgiris Kaunas has announced the signing to a two-year contract (with an optional third year) of Omar Samhan. The 22-year-old American center will start his professional career in the Lithuanian team, after playing during the last four seasons for the University of Saint Mary's, averaging 21.3 points and 10.9 rebounds per game in his senior year. Zalgiris also confirmed the extension to another year of the American forward Travis Watson.
