Upstairs / Weert signs Kenneth van Kempen

Upstairs / Weert has signed Kenneth van Kempen. This will be the first professional stint of the 23-year-old Dutch center, who has played during the last four seasons in thet University of Ohio, averaging 6.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game in his senior year.
