Minnesota Timberwolves send Al Jefferson to Utah Jazz

The Minnesota Timberwolves and the Utah Jazz have reached to an agreement to send Al Jefferson to the Jazz in exchange of two first-round picks and a trade exception. The 25-year-old center, who arrived to the Wolves in 2007, averaged 17.1 points and 9.3 rebounds per game last season.

UPDATE: Kosta Koufos will move to the Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange of Jefferson. The 21-year-old Greek-American center played for the Jazz since 2008.
