Maccabi Tel Aviv has made an offer for Kyle Weaver

The Oklahoma City Thunder will waive Kyle Weaver before August 1st, when the 24-year-old guard would get his contract guaranteed. Weaver, who played just 13 games last season with the Thunder (being assigned several times to the D-League affiliate, the Tulsa 66ers), could have already an offer from Maccabi Tel Aviv to move to Europe next season.
