Lokomotiv Kuban signs Lionel Chalmers to a one-year contract

Lionel Chalmers will continue his career in Russia, where he's playing since 2008. The 29-year-old American guard was signed to a one-year contract by Lokomotive Kuban. Chalmers, a former NBA player, averaged 19.0 points and 3.8 rebounds in the last Russian Super League for Enisey Krasnoyarsk.
