Cleveland Cavaliers send West and Telfair to Minnesota Timberwolves in exchange of Sessions and Hollins

The Cleveland Cavaliers and the Minnesota Timberwolves have reached to a trade deal. The Cavs will send guards Delonte West and Sebastian Telfair to the Wolves in exchange of guard Ramon Sessions, center Ryan Hollins and a future second-pick. Minnesota, though, is planning to waive West, and to buy-out or trade again Telfair.
