Brian Shaw won't be the next head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers

Finally, Brian Shaw won't take over the Cleveland Cavaliers despite the earlier reports. The 44-year-old coach, working during the last five years as an assistant of Phil Jackson in the Los Angeles Lakers, wasn't able to meet the timeline set by the Cavaliers to find a new coach, according to Shaw. The top candidate to replace Mike Brown as the new head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers is now Byron Scott.
