Besiktas, close to sign Devin Smith

After not reaching to an agreement with Air Avellino, his former club, Devin Smith will be back to Turkey. The 29-year-old American forward is closing a deal with Besiktas Cola Turka for the next season. Smith, who played for Fenerbahce in the 2008-09 season, will arrive to the Turkish club from Panellinios, where he averaged 13.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per game in the last Greek A1 league.
