Real Madrid releases Darjus Lavrinovic

Real Madrid didn't exercise the option to extend the contract of Darjus Lavrinovic for an extra season, so the 30-year-old center is now a free agent. The Spanish club, though, could try to resign him but offering him a lower salary. Lavrinovic, who arrived last season from Dynamo Moscow, averaged 11.1 points and 4.5 rebounds in the last Euroleague.
