New Jersey Nets waive Keyon Dooling

The New Jersey Nets have announced that Keyon Dooling has been waived. The 30-year-old guard, who averaged 6.9 points and 2.5 assists per game last season, was playing for the Nets during the last two seasons. Dooling was at the last year of his $3.8 million contract, though he has only guaranteed $500.000.
