John Turek leaves Phoenix Hagen to play in the Netherlands

John Turek won't continue playing for Phoenix Hagen next season. The 25-year-old American center will return to Gas Terra Flames Groningen, the champion of the last Dutch league. Turek, who played for Groningen in the 2005-06 season, averaged 12.4 points and 6.6 rebounds per game for Phoenix Hagen in the last BBL.
